What I've Done

Trying to get my MP3 player installed in my car. Okay, so I'm no auto-electrician, but I've just had no luck (perhaps I should check the fuses). Anyhow I've been stuck singing anything off of the top of my head each day into and out of work.

Going through all of my MP3's last night I came across this one. While not a massive Linkin Park fan, I do enjoy this one, "What I've Done".

A farewell to an old self. A whole new start...

In this farewell
There's no blood
There's no alibi
Cause I've drawn regret
From the truth
Of a thousand lies

So let mercy come
And wash away

What I've done
I'll face myself
To cross out what I've become
Erase myself
And let go of what I've done

Put to rest
What you thought of me
While I clean this slate
With the hands
Of uncertainty

So let mercy come
And wash away

What I've done
I'll face myself
To cross out what I've become
Erase myself
And let go of what I've done

For what I've done

I'll start again
And whatever pain may come
Today this ends
I'm forgiving what I've done

I'll face myself
To cross out what I've become
Erase myself
And let go of what I've done

What I've done

Forgiving what I've done

I guess I really like this one because I suppose the most difficult person to forgive is yourself.
